Maine eCourts

Please note: eFiling will be available in the Lewiston District Court and Androscoggin Superior Court beginning October 23, 2023. eFiling is available for most civil cases and family matters that can be filed* in Bangor District Court or Penobscot County Superior Court. eFiling is available for all Business & Consumer Docket (BCD) cases statewide. Where available, eFiling is mandatory for attorneys and optional for most other filers.

*If your case cannot be filed in a Bangor court or is not a BCD case or traffic violation case, eFiling is not currently available.
