Biddeford District Court located at the York Judicial Center

Maine eCourts and eFiling is coming to the Biddeford District Court on Monday, March 30, 2026. eFiling is mandatory for attorneys, governmental agencies and parties who file more than six cases in a year. To prepare for this transition, the York Judicial Center will be closed beginning Tuesday, March 24, 2026 through Friday, March 27, 2026.
