What is eCourts?
Maine eCourts is the Judicial Branch's new eFiling, online payment, digital court records, and electronic case management system. Maine eCourts offers:
- 24/7 access to eFileMaine (for registered attorneys, firms, and parties to submit and view their eFilings)
- Electronic service of parties who have opted for eFiling
- Online tracking by email for fast and easy verification
- Payment of court filing fees online
- Online access to many public court records
- Online help for self-represented parties to submit documents and eFile in certain types of cases through Maine Guide & File.

- Androscoggin County Superior Court
- Franklin County Superior Court
- Oxford County Superior Court
- Farmington District Court
- Lewiston District Court
- Rumford District Court
- South Paris District Court
Region 5 Courts
Case types where eFiling is now available
- Family matters (divorce, Parental Rights and Responsibilities, child support,
post-judgment motions, adoptions, guardianship, and name changes) - Child Protection
- Small claims
- Forcible entry and detainer (evictions)
- Foreclosures
- Other civil matters except for civil violations
Access to Electronic Court Records
