**May/June Traverse Jury** Please report on Thurs June 4th at 9am for Jury Selection.

PROHIBITION OF ELECTRONIC DEVICES: Please be advised that pursuant to Administrative Order JB-20-01, use of electronic devices during trial or while in deliberations are prohibited and all devices will need to be temporarily surrendered. During jury selection, all devices must be turned off.

Jurors selected in the matter of State v Dudich are to report for trial at 8:30AM on Monday, June 1^st. 

Jurors selected in the matter of State v Deroche are to check this website after 6:00PM on Wednesday, June 3^rd for reporting instructions for trial on Thursday, June 4^th.

If you were summonsed to appear for the June 2, 2026 jury selection, please arrive at the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 32 High Street in Wiscasset on Tuesday, June 2nd at the time noted on your summons.

  Please remember to bring your completed Juror information card with you.

Parking is available but it is limited. There is parking available in the lower parking lot behind the communications center, in the upper parking lot behind the courthouse, along High street in front of the courthouse and across the street at the end of the Town Office parking lot.

All Traverse Jurors DO NOT need to report for jury duty on Thursday, May 7^th, 2026, as stated on their summons.

The following Traverse Jurors need to report to the West Bath District Court at 101 New Meadows Road in West Bath on Friday, May 8^th, 2026, at 8:30 a.m.

All Traverse Jurors please report to the Waldo Judicial Center on Tuesday June 2 at 9:00 am for Jury Selection.  Bring with you your completed white card,  yellow card, and drivers license or state ID for check in.  Upon arrival check in with the clerk's office.
