Mediated hundreds of CADRES cases, mediate disputes under MRREMP Program (residential real estate transaction disputes); mediator for Maine Assn. of Realtors for member brokerage disputes. Private mediation practice with focus on matters of home and family, including all facets of real estate, matters involving estates and elders, divorce and co-parenting. Previous experience as Consumer mediator for Attorney General's Office, Currently licensed (30+ years experience and small agency owner) in real estate brokerage.

F. FEES
$80-$130 per hour (depending upon case type, $150 minimum), for mediation conference time, one-half rate for other work and travel time over 1 hr. total. Plus minimal case processing fee. Alternately, a fixed fee quote can be provided. Reduced fees considered for low-income parties.
