AmeriCorps Legal Access Navigators (ALANs)
Free Assistance with Civil Court Forms
The AmeriCorps Legal Access Navigators Program, created by Alpha Legal Foundation, trains and deploys dedicated non-lawyers to serve as community-based advocates to provide free legal education, court forms assistance, and referrals to social support resources in routine civil legal matters.
Drop-ins are welcome or schedule an appointment for assistance by email: navigators@alphalegalfoundation.com.

York Judicial Center, 515 Elm Street, Biddeford, ME, Room 101
Day and time: Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and every other Monday (beginning July 20) from 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Cumberland County Courthouse, 205 Newbury Street, Portland, ME, Ground Floor (near Courtroom 1)
Day and time: Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and every other Monday (beginning July 20) from 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Lewiston District Court, 71 Lisbon Street, Lewiston ME, 1st Floor
Day and time: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
