How Do I Find the Court Rules that Govern ADR in the Maine Courts?

Rule 16B of the Maine Rules of Civil Procedure governs ADR in Superior Court cases.

Rule 92 of the Maine Rules of Civil Procedure governs the operation of the Court Alternative Dispute Resolution established pursuant to 4 M.R.S. § 18-B
