LEGAL ASSISTANCE BY LAW STUDENTS

 

Effective:  August 1, 2005

 

 

In accordance with Maine Rule of Civil Procedure 90(c), the Supreme Judicial Court grants permission to allow eligible law students to practice under the supervision of  the following organizations located in Maine that provide free legal services to indigent citizens in Maine:

 

Cumberland Legal Aid Clinic of the University of Maine School of Law

 

Legal Services for the Elderly, Inc.

 

Pine Tree Legal Assistance, Inc.
